Even though the Services are provided free of charge, the usual and customary charges for any medical services rendered by collaborating physicians profiled on the Site will apply and will be entirely your responsibility. You agree that you shall not (and you agree not to allow any third party to): ” copy, modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the Site, its content or materials and/or the Services; ” fraudulently misuse the Services by scheduling an appointment with a physician which you have no intention of keeping; ” create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences; or ” collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited activities described in this section. In addition to our rights in these Terms of Use, we may take any legal action and implement any technical remedies to prevent the breach of this provision and to enforce these Terms of Use.
You agree that all data you send or upload to this Site (including, but not limited to e-mails, text or responses to any information available via this Site) is legal, not offensive, decent and truthful, complies with all laws, regulations and applicable codes of conduct does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of us or any third party, is not defamatory, unreliable or misleading or otherwise objectionable and is free from bugs, worms or viruses.

- Invite Only Services
Some services are delivered as an invite only service and not available to the general public. These services are subject to the rules of eligibility set out by the Healthcare facility and provided as a private link sent by an official Healthcare source e.g. an NHS Trust, an Employer Occupational Health department. Use or misuse of this links outside of the eligibility requirements will result in you being turned away from the appointment and an opportunity for an eligible person to have taken that appointment slot lost.
